PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as service lane the land described in the Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Birkenhead City Council.

Land for Road and Road Closed, and Vested in Block X, Puketapu Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Hawke’s Bay County Council, and also proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby closed and shall when so closed, vest in William Colin Farquharson, of Rissington, farmer, subject to mortgage 106691, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry.

Amending a Notice Proclaiming Land as Road and Road Closed and Incorporated in an Adjoining Crown Lease in Block IX, Mangatoro Survey District, Dannevirke County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 30th day of November 1976, and published in Gazette, 13 January 1977, No. 1, p. 9, proclaiming land as road and road closed and incorporated in an adjoining Crown Lease in Block IX, Mangatoro Survey District, Dannevirke County, by omitting the words “held from Her Majesty the Queen by Arthur James Poole, of Motea, farmer, and Myra Annie Poole, his wife”.
