CORRIGENDUM
IN the notice dated the 17th day of May 1978 and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 61, 6 July 1978, at page 1922 declaring land held for better utilisation set apart for the use, convenience or enjoyment of the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway in Block VIII, Drury Survey District, Franklin County, pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, for “plan S.O. 52471” read “plan S.O. 52741” which last-mentioned number appears in the original notice signed by the Minister of Works and Development.

CORRIGENDUM
IN the Second Schedule of Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1978, No. 12, published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 71, 17 August 1978, p. 2297, for the certificate of title reference quoted for the first described area of land “Volume 115, folio 218S” read “Volume 1115, folio 218S.”

State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949, (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976) I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park to be known as Pureora State Forest Park.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
Auckland, Rotorua and Wellington Conservancies—District of Waitomo, and counties of Otorohanga, Taumarunui and Taupo
ALL of the land comprising the following State forests:
Pureora State Forest.
Tihoi State Forest.
Wharepungaha State Forest.
Hurakia State Forest.
Taringamutu State Forest.
Waituhi State Forest.
As shown on plan N. 84/14, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 5th day of September 1978.
