IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955, and IN THE MATTER
of HIGH COUNTRY HELICOPTERS LIMITED, a duly incorporated
company having its registered office at the offices of Barr
Burgess & Stewart, 208 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch:
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of
the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on
the 17th day of August 1978, presented to the said Court by
DALHOFF & KING AVIATION LIMITED, a duly incorporated
company having its registered office at Wellington; and that
the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court
sitting at Christchurch on the 13th day of September 1978,
at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contribu-
tory of the said company desirous to support or oppose
the making of an order on the said petition may appear at
the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that
purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the
undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said com-
pany requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge
for the same.

the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on
the 2nd day of August 1978, presented to the said Court by
RABCO INDUSTRIES LIMITED, a duly incorporated company
having its registered office at Christchurch and carrying on
business as joiners and cabinet makers; and that the said
petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at
Christchurch on the 6th day of September 1978, at 10 o’clock
in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the
said company desirous to support or oppose the making of
an order on the said petition may appear at the time of
hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and

PORIRUA CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CHANGE PURPOSE FOR WHICH
LAND HELD
NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to section 20 of the Public
Works Amendment Act 1952, that the Porirua City Council
desires to change the purpose for which the pieces of land,
described in the Schedule hereto, were acquired by it pursuant
to the Public Works Act 1928, namely, the purpose of housing
to another purpose for which it is authorised to acquire land
under the said Public Works Act 1928, namely, the purpose
of a museum.
All persons affected are required to set forth, in writing, any
objection to the proposed change of purpose and to send
the written objection to the Council within 40 days from the
29th day of August 1978, being the date of first publication
of this notice.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing Thirty-three decimal two
perches (Oa. Or. 33.2p.), more or less, situated in Ngatioa
Street in the City of Porirua, and being all of Section 96A,
Takapuwahia Township, being part of the land more particu-
larly described as Lots 1, 2 and 3 on Deposited Plan 30292,
and also being part of the land contained in certificates of
title, Volume 7A, folio 275, Volume 7A, folio 276, and
Volume 7A, folio 277 (Wellington Registry) together with
part Section 96A, being the balance of the land in Proclama-
tion 774939.

HOKIANGA COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD
NOTICE is hereby given that the Hokianga County Council
intends, under the provisions of the Counties Act 1956, to
execute a certain work, namely, a road, and for the purpose
of such work the land described in the Schedule hereto is
required to be taken pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928,
and notice is further given that a plan showing the said land
is deposited at the office of the council at Parnell Street,
Rawene, and may there be inspected without fee by all persons
during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the said work or by the taking of
the said land, and who have an objection thereto, not being
an objection as to the amount or payment of compensation,
must state their objections in writing and send the same to
the Secretary, Town and Country Planning Appeal Board,
Private Bag, Postal Centre, Wellington, so as to reach him
not later than 30 September 1978, being 40 days after the
first publication of this notice. If any objection is received a
public hearing of the same will be held unless the objector
otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the
time and place of such hearing.

WAIPA COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
Pypers Road
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Waipa County Council
proposes to execute a certain public work, to wit, the con-
struction of a public road for which purpose the land de-
scribed in the Schedule hereto requires to be taken by the
council under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928.
A plan of the land required to be taken as aforesaid lies
open to public inspection at the office of the council in Bank
Street, Te Awamutu.
Every person directly affected is hereby called upon to set
forth in writing any objection he may wish to make to the
execution of such work or to the taking of such land, not
being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation,
and to send such written objection to the Town and Country
Planning Appeal Board, Wellington, within 40 days from
the first publication of this notice. A public hearing of the
objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires
and each objector will be advised of the time and place of
the hearing.
