Notice is hereby given that by duly signed entry in the minute

the following special resolution was passed by the company:
That the company be wound up voluntarily and that John
Kerry Christensen, of Christchurch, Chartered Account-
ant, be appointed liquidator for the purpose of
winding up the affairs and distributing the assets of
the company.
