November 1973, on p. 2307, and which were deemed to have been revoked at midnight on the 23rd day of September 1976, have effect for the purpose only of determining the eligibility under the said Rules of Racing of horses which started in races under the said Rules of Racing at any time before midnight on the 23rd day of September 1976. In every other respect such revoked rules thereafter have no effect. The rules previously made by the New Zealand Racing Conference under section 101 of the Racing Act 1971, and which were published in the New Zealand Gazette, of 23 September 1976, on p. 2189 and 2190, shall be deemed to have been revoked at midnight on the day on which these rules are published in the said Gazette and shall thereafter have effect for the purpose only of determining the eligibility under the said Rules of Racing of horses which started in races under the said Rules of Racing at any time between midnight on the 23rd day of September 1976 and midnight on the day on which these rules are published in the said Gazette. In every other respect such revoked rules shall thereafter have no effect.

Notice Under Drug Tariff 1974

PURSUANT to subclause (4) of clause 27 of the Drug Tariff 1974, I, Thomas Francis Gill, Minister of Health, hereby declare that Trevor Charles Adams, Medical Practitioner, shall have reinstated the right to obtain supplies of pharmaceutical requirements on practitionersβ supply orders under the said clause 27.

APPLICATION OF THE SCHEDULE
Schedule of classes of local archives of regional councils (including the Auckland Regional Authority), united councils, district councils (including municipal corporations and county councils), district community councils and community councils (including county borough councils, independent and dependent town district committees, and road boards), which may not be destroyed without the prior approval of the Chief Archivist in terms of the Local Government Amendment (No. 3) Act 1977, section 256 (1).
This requirement is in addition to any other requirements that may exist in law for the preservation of the same or other local archives; and the present Schedule includes only those classes of local archives, which, in the opinion of the Chief Archivist, are likely to be worthy of permanent preservation for historical or other reasons.
References to statutes and regulations are made, where appropriate, as an aid to identification only. Generally, the reference is to the latest applicable statute or regulation but the Schedule is to be taken as applying to all similar classes of local archives created under earlier statutes and regulations. The Schedule applies to local archives in all departments and offices of the kinds of local authorities designated above, and regardless of their physical form.
