Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Matamata
County Council

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands
hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto,
as a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, pursuant
to the Reserves Act 1977, vests the said reserve in the Mata-
mata County Council in trust for that purpose.

SCHEDULE

South Auckland Land District—Matamata County
2.4653 hectares, more or less, being Section 149, Block XVI,
Cambridge Survey District. S.O. Plan 49783.

   declared to be closely populated localities pursuant to section
   52 of the Transport Act 1962.

3. The Traffic (Paparua County) Notice No. 3, 1968, dated
   the 25th day of June 1968*, issued pursuant to section 52 of the
   Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regula-
   tions 1956, which relates to roads situated within Paparua
   County at Prebbleton, is hereby revoked.

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Thames/Coro-
   mandel District) Notice No. 1, 1978.

2. The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are
   hereby declared to be closely populated localities pursuant to
   section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

3. The Traffic (Thames/Coromandel District) Notice No. 4,
   1975, dated the 26th day of September 1975*, issued pursuant
   to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27 of
   the Traffic Regulations 1956, which relates to roads situated
   within Thames/Coromandel District at Pauanui, is hereby
   revoked.

All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point
where Hikurangi Settlement Road intersects the northern side of
Pauanui Beach Road; thence due west to a point on the
shoreline of the Tairua Harbour.

Thence northerly, easterly and southerly, generally, along
the shoreline of the said harbour and the Pacific Ocean to a
point due east of the eastern end of Pauanui Beach Road;
thence due west by a right line to the north-western side of
the eastern end of Pauanui Beach Road, thence westerly,
generally, along the said roadside to the commencing point.

   Vehicles Amendment Act 1936, dated the 10th day of November
   1937*, which relates to roads situated within Wyndham Town
