Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Block I, Rodney Survey District, Rodney County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Rodney County Council; and hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and that the road firstly and secondly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Thomas James Sprott, of Auckland, industrial chemist, and that the road thirdly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.
