PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and hereby takes the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, and declares that the road described in the Third Schedule hereto, when so closed, and the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, when so taken, shall vest in Trevor David Paton, of Morrisons, farmer.

Declaring Road in Block VII, Ngautuku Survey District, Matamata County, to be a Government Road and to be Stopped and to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:

(a) Declares the pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road; and

(b) Stops the said road;

and further, pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, declares the stopped Government road to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 24th day of August 1978.
