Land Resumed and Road Closed and Incorporated in an

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
resumes the land described in the First Schedule hereto for
the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29, and
hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second
Schedule hereto, and declares that the said pieces of land
and road shall when so resumed and closed be incorporated
in Crown Renewable Lease No. 786 recorded in register
book, Volume 48, folio 53, Nelson Land Registry, held from
Her Majesty the Queen by Gilbert Davis, of Christchurch,
company director, and Paulette Loise Davis, his wife, subject
to memorandum of mortgage No. 179078.7, Nelson Land
Registry.
