Amending a Declaration Declaring Land Taken Subject to a Fencing Covenant and a Building Line Condition for Buildings of the General Government in the Borough of Wairoa

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 5th day of May 1978, and published in Gazette, 15 June 1978, No. 53 on p. 1660, declaring land taken subject to fencing covenant and a building line condition for buildings of the general government in the Borough of Wairoa, by omitting the words “Transfer 88433” and substituting the words “Transfer 84433”.
