EVIDENCE of the loss of leasehold certificate of title, Volume 170, folio 100, for 8040 square metres, more or less, situated in the Borough of Westport, being Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 6097, and part Lot 12 on Deposited Plan 47, and being part Section 1011, Town of Westport, in the name of Marian Jean Ewens, formerly of Westport, but now of Gore, married woman, having been lodged with me together with an application 189139.1 for the issue of a provisional leasehold certificate of title in lieu thereof; and evidence of the loss of memorandum of mortgage No. 148519, affecting the land in the above-mentioned leasehold certificate of title, volume 170, folio 100, whereof the said Marian Jean Ewens is the mortgagor, and the Westport Permanent Building and Investment Society is the mortgagee, together with an application to register a discharge of the said mortgage 148519 without production of the said mortgage in terms of section 111 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such provisional leasehold certificate of title and to register such discharge of mortgage on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
