Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Wellington Licensing Committee
PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, Gordon Stewart Orr, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Wellington Licensing Committee, on 19 July 1978, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Terminus Tavern, Wellington.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday—opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 10 o'clock in the evening.
(b) On any Saturday—opening at 10 o'clock in the morning and closing at 10 o'clock in the evening.

PURSUANT to sections 221A and 221B of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, Gordon Stewart Orr, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Northland Licensing Committee, on 20 June 1978, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Awanui Hotel, Awanui.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the public the hours for the closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) The closing of the premises after the usual hour of closing on each Friday, Saturday, and Christmas Eve but not later than 11 o'clock in the evening.
(b) The closing of the premises after the normal hour of closing each New Year's Eve, but not later than 0.30 o'clock in the morning of New Year's Day.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Chartered Club—Northland Licensing Committee
PURSUANT to sections 221A and 221B of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, Gordon Stewart Orr, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Northland Licensing Committee, on 20 June 1978, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the chartered club premises known as the Kaikohe and District Returned Services Association Incorporated, Kaikohe.
To the intent that on days other than those on which chartered clubs are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to their members the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Friday and Christmas Eve (Christmas Eve not being a Saturday)—opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.
(b) On every Saturday (including Christmas Eve but not including New Year's Eve)—opening at 10 o'clock in the morning and closing at 10 o'clock in the evening.
(c) On every New Year's Eve—opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 12.30 o'clock in the morning of New Year's day.
(d) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve)—opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 10 o'clock in the evening.
