Consent to the Distribution of New Therapeutic Drugs

PURSUANT to section 12 of the Food and Drug Act 1969, the Minister of Health hereby consents to the distribution in New Zealand of the new therapeutic drugs set out in the Schedule hereto.

Customs Act—Dumping Duty

PURSUANT to the provisions of sections 129 (1) of the Customs Act 1966, as amended by section 6 of the Customs Amendment Act 1971, notice is hereby given that dumping duty, equivalent to 100 percent of the amount by which the f.o.b. export selling price is less than the current domestic value, determined in accordance with the provisions of this Act, shall be payable in respect of the following goods:

This decision shall take effect in respect of all such goods imported into New Zealand on and after 31 August 1978.

Reservation of Land

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director of Land Administration of the Department of Lands and Survey hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for scenic purposes, to be known as the Kahikatea Scenic Reserve.

PURSUANT to regulation 4 of the Marine Pollution (Dispersants and Exceptions) Regulations 1975*, I, Hubert David Maurice Jones, Director of the Marine Division of the Ministry of Transport, hereby give the following notice.

NOTICE

The dispersant known as Shell Dispersant Concentrate, and marketed in New Zealand by Shell Chemicals (NZ) Limited, Wellington, is hereby approved for the purposes of the Marine Pollution (Dispersants and Exceptions) Regulations 1975.
