declaration dated 1st day of February 1978, and published
in Gazette, No. 13, 2 March 1978, p. 414, declaring land
taken for Maori housing purposes in the Borough of Waitara,
by omitting the words and figures “created by transfers
225892.4 and 235649.1” and substituting words and figures
“created by transfers 225892.4, 235649.1, and 243385.2”.
