Land Taken for Road in Block XIII, Tutamoe Survey District,
Hobson County

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and shall vest in the Hobson County Council as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of August 1978.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1530 square metres, situated in Block XIII, Tutamoe Survey District, and being part Section 1, Block XIII, Tutamoe Survey District; as shown on plan S.O. 49410, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon marked “D”.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 3rd day of July 1978.

Port Nicholson Survey District in the City of Wellington

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby taken for the purposes of an aerodrome; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of August 1978.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block X, Port Nicholson Survey District, described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto was taken for building sites and vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Napier by Proclamation, dated the 6th day of April 1961, and published in Gazette, 13 April 1961, No. 25 at p. 550:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1952, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the said land is hereby set apart, as from the 10th day of August 1978 for drainage purposes.
