Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested, and Land Taken and Vested in Block VIII, Ahipara Survey District, Mangonui County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Mangonui County Council; and also proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and shall, when so closed, vest in Frederick William Berghan, of Kaitaia, farmer, and also proclaims, that the road described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and shall, when so closed, vest in James Mark Berghan, of Takahue, farmer, and also proclaims that the road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and shall, when so closed, vest in I. J. Berghan Limited, a duly incorporated company, having its registered office at Kaitaia; and also takes the land described in the Fifth Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29, and hereby declares that the land described in the said Fifth Schedule shall, when so taken, vest in the said I. J. Berghan Limited.

Declaring Land Taken for Street in the City of Upper Hutt

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street, and shall vest in the Upper Hutt City Council, from and after the 3rd day of August 1978.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Waitomo District Council, and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and shall, when so closed, vest, as to the areas of 1 road and 3.1 perches, 1 acre and 11.6 perches, 8.5 perches, and 17.6 perches thereof, in Mary Swindells, of Pio Pio, farmer; and as to the area of 16.3 perches thereof, be incorporated in Deferred Payment Licence No. D.P.F. 329, recorded in Register Book No. D3/1482, Taranaki Land Registry, held by Gordon James Furniss, of Pio Pio, farmer.
