NOTICE TO CREDITORS TO PROVE DEBTS OR CLAIMS
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter
of VEHICLE DISMANTLERS LTD. (in liquidation):

Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator of
Vehicle Dismantlers Ltd., which is being wound up voluntarily,
does hereby fix the 31st day of August 1978 as the day on or
before which the creditors of the company are to prove their
debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to
priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to
be excluded from the benefit or any distribution made before
the debts are proved, or, as the case may be, from objecting
to the distribution.

Notice is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court
of New Zealand, dated the 29th day of June 1978, confirming
the reduction of capital of the above-named company from
$1,257,584 to $1,227,707, and the minute approved by the
Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company
as altered, the several particulars required by the above-
mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies
on the 18th day of July 1978.

The said minute is in the words and figures following:

The capital of Standard Telephones and Cables (New
Zealand) Ltd. is $1,227,707 divided into 1,227,707 shares
of $1 each, having been reduced from 1,257,584 divided
into 1,257,584 shares of $1 each.
