Meat Industry Authority (Notice No. 13, M.I.A. 3/3/3)—Notifying an Extension to the Thames-Coromandel Abattoir District
NOTICE is hereby given as follows:
-
Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Meat Act 1964, that part of notice No. 3* exempting the Thames-Coromandel District Council from the provisions of section 6 of the Meat Act 1964, requiring the former Ridings of Mercury Bay, Whitianga, and Whenuakite of the former County of Coromandel in its district to be inspected meat areas is hereby revoked.

Pursuant to section 15 (5) of the Meat Act 1964, the Thames-Coromandel Abattoir District shall henceforth comprise all the area contained in the Thames-Coromandel District, as from time to time constituted; and that part of the former notice (numbered "3") defining the former boundaries of the Thames-Coromandel Abattoir District is hereby revoked.

The Thames-Coromandel District Council shall continue to be the controlling authority of the Thames-Coromandel abattoir.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
IT is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 21 June 1978, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 58, Haywards to Pauatahanui section, from the northern boundary of part Section 8, Pauatahanui Agricultural Reserve (CT 17A/1499 and CT 9A/1394), for 100 metres in a southerly direction, and for the full width of the road reserve, as more particularly shown on Plan LA 51/31/5 and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Trentham, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Declaring a State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
IT is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution dated 21 June 1978, pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 25, Pipiroa to Thames section, from the northern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. S. 23241 (CT 23C/70), for a distance of 16.2 metres in a southerly direction over its full width, as more particularly shown on plan LA 21/75/1 and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Paeroa, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Declaring a State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
IT is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 21 June 1978, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 26, Eureka to Morrisville section, from a point 39.52 metres north of the northern boundary of part Lot 3, D.P. 19357 (CT 22A/91), for a distance of 6 metres in a northerly direction for its full width, as more particularly shown on Plan LA 22/94/2 and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Hamilton, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

Hours of Attendance—Magistrate's Court—Te Aroha
PURSUANT to Rule 11 (2) of the Magistrates' Court Rules 48, the Minister of Justice has approved of the hours of attendance at the Magistrate's Court at Te Aroha being from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesday of every week on and from 7 August 1978.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Chartered Club—Southland Licensing Committee
PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, Gordon Stewart Orr, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Southland Licensing Committee, on 26 June 1978, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the premises known as the Gorge Road Country Club (Incorporated) Invercargill.
To the intent that on days other than those on which chartered clubs are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to members, the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve)—opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 10 o'clock in the evening.
(b) On any Friday, Saturday (not being New Year's Eve), and Christmas Eve—opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.
(c) On New Year's Eve—opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o'clock in the morning of New Year's Day.
