Amending a Warrant Appointing a Member to the Waikato Valley Authority

PURSUANT to the Waikato Valley Authority Act 1956, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Warrant appointing a member to the Waikato Valley Authority dated the 27th day of January 1978 and published in the Gazette of 16 February 1978, No. 10, p. 306, by omitting the words “Barry John Butchers” and substituting the words “Barry John Butcher”.
