NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP

Take notice that David James Blandford and Barbara Ann Forrester, trading in partnership under the partnership name Sydenham Delicatessen, on the premises at 384A Colombo Street, Christchurch 2, have dissolved their partnership as from the 30th day of June 1978. The business will continue to be carried on by David James Blandford in his own name under the name the Bacon Shop. As from the 30th day of June 1978 the said Barbara Ann Forrester will have no connection with the business.

Notice is hereby given that the Registrar of Friendly Societies has, pursuant to section 70 of the Friendly Societies Act 1909, by writing under his hand dated this 30th day of June 1978, cancelled the registry of Loyal Papanui Lodge No. 6405, Register No. 312 (11) 11, a branch of the North Canterbury District of the Manchester Unity Independent Order of Odd Fellows (New Zealand) Friendly Society, on the ground that the said branch has ceased to exist.
