IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of PANAMA MOTORS LTD. (in voluntary liquidation) creditors winding up:

TAKE notice that, in pursuance of section 291 of the above Act, the final meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at the offices of McCulloch, Butler & Spence, Third Floor, Stock Exchange Building, 82-84 Albert Street, Auckland, on the 21st day of July 1978, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon for the purpose of laying before such meeting the account of the winding up of the above-named company and of giving any explanation thereof.

Every creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not also be a creditor.
