A line commencing from a point on the line referred to in paragraph 2 above and proceeding from Section BB2 in a south-westerly direction for approximately 516 metres into Section BB1, all being situated in Block XIV, Kawhia North Survey District, as shown on a plan marked N.Z.E.D. 954, deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington."
"4. A line commencing from a point on the line referred to in paragraph 3 above in Section BB1, and proceeding in a south-easterly direction for approximately 364 metres into section BB4, all being situated in Block XIV, Kawhia North Survey District, as shown on a plan marked N.Z.E.D. 955, deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington."
"5. A line commencing at a point on the Board's boundary and proceeding in a north-westerly direction for approximately 925 metres, then in a south-westerly direction for approximately 120 metres near the north end of Lake Maratoto, all being in Block X, Hamilton Survey District. The said line is more particularly shown on a plan marked N.Z.E.D. 953, deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington."

Notice of Application Received for an International Air Service Licence
Pursuant to section 7 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, notice is hereby given that Polynesian Airlines Ltd. has applied for an International Air Service Licence to carry on a weekly international air service between Western Samoa and New Zealand. Full details of the proposed route and schedule may be obtained from the Ministry of Transport, Private Bag, Wellington.
Any person or organisation desiring to make representations relating to this application must forward those representations to me in writing before the 23rd day of February 1978.

The Traffic (Whangarei City and Whangarei County) Notice No. 1, 1978
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
-
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Whangarei City and Whangarei County) Notice No. 1 1978.
-
The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
-
The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 70 kilometres an hour speed limit area for the purposes of regulation 21 of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.

The road specified in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of regulation 21 (4) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.

The Traffic (Whangarei City) Notice No. 1 1977, dated the 26th day of October 1977, under Section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1976*, which relates to roads situated within Whangarei City and within Whangarei County adjacent to Whangarei City, is hereby revoked.
FIRST SCHEDULE
Situated within Whangarei City:
No. 1 State Highway (Awanui–Bluff): from Murdoch Crescent to the southern boundary of Whangarei City.
No. 14 State Highway (Whangarei–Dargaville): from Silverstream Road to the western boundary of Whangarei City, near Kowhai Park Road.
Riverside Drive: from a point 500 metres measured south-easterly generally along the said road from Pohe Island Road to the Waimahanga Creek Bridge.
Onerahi Road: from Waimahanga Creek Bridge to a point 40 metres measured north-westerly generally along the said road from Montgomery Avenue.
Whangarei Heads Road: from Beach Road to the eastern boundary of Whangarei City.
SECOND SCHEDULE
Situated within Whangarei City:
No. 14 State Highway (Whangarei–Dargaville): from Silverstream Road to the western boundary of Whangarei City, near Kowhai Park Road.
THIRD SCHEDULE
Situated within Whangarei County adjacent to Whangarei City:
Three Mile Bush Road: from the western boundary of Whangarei City to a point 440 metres measured westerly generally along the said road from Lake Ora Road.

Price Order No. 79 (Ecuadorian Bananas)
Pursuant to the Commerce Act 1975, I, Desmond James Gasson, pursuant to a delegation from the Secretary of Trade and Industry hereby make the following price order:

This order may be cited as Price Order No. 79 and shall come into force on the 7th day of February 1978.

(1) Price Order No. 59* is hereby revoked.
(2) The revocation of the said order shall not affect the liability of any person for any offence in relation thereto committed before the coming into force of this order.
- References in this order to metropolitan areas are references to the metropolitan areas described in the Schedule hereto.
Application of This Order
- This order applies with respect to all Ecuadorian bananas sold by way of retail in New Zealand.
Maximum Retail Prices of Ecuadorian Bananas
- (1) The maximum price that may be charged or received by any retailer for any Ecuadorian bananas to which this order applies shall be:
(a) When sold by a retailer carrying on business in any of the metropolitan areas of Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, or Dunedin, or in any of the Cities or Boroughs of Whangarei, Takapuna, Hamilton, Tauranga, Rotorua, Gisborne, New Plymouth, Stratford, Hawera, Wanganui, Palmerston North, Napier, Hastings, Masterton, Blenheim, Nelson, Greymouth, Timaru, Westport, Oamaru, Balclutha, Gore, or Invercargill—
32 cents a lb.
Or where the scales used by the retailer weigh in metric weights—
71 cents a kilogram.
(b) When sold by a retailer carrying on business elsewhere—
33 cents a lb.
Or where the scales used by the retailer weigh in metric weights—
73 cents a kilogram.
(2) If in respect of any lot of bananas the price calculated in accordance with the foregoing provisions of this clause is not an exact number of cents, the maximum price of the lot shall be computed to the nearest whole cent.
