Declaring Land Taken for the Generation of Electricity
(Housing) in Block VII, Ruakaka Survey District, Whan-
garei County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a
sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
the generation of electricity (housing) from and after the
2nd day of February 1978.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a
sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken,
subject to a lease held from the Maori Trustee, by Arthur
Ronald Curtis and Colleen Mae Curtis, and dated 27 August
1969, for soil conservation and river control purposes from
and after the 2nd day of February 1978.

1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby pro-

the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby
closed and shall when so closed, vest in P.T.Y. Industries
Limited a duly incorporated company having its registered
