National Roads Board: Amending Notice Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the National Roads Board hereby amends the notice, dated 25 October 1977, and published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 112, p. 2868, by deleting reference to:

one half of its width

and substituting therefor the reference:

a width of 13 metres

Revoking an Area of Land, Patea District, to be a Wildlife Refuge in the Hawera Acclimatisation District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, Sir Keith Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 10th day of January 1957, declaring an area of land in the Hawera Acclimatisation District, to be a Wildlife Refuge for the purposes of the Wildlife Act 1953, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

Lot 2, D.P. 7575, being Part Section 550, Patea District, situated in Block IX, Hawera Survey District, area: 23 acres 3 roods 25 perches, more or less. Certificate of title, Volume 200, folio 72.

As the same is shown on plan marked I.A. 52/412, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Internal Affairs, at Wellington and thereupon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of January 1978.

Amending a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of a Portion of the Ngauranga-Basin Reserve Motorway in the City of Wellington

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, the Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby amend the proclamation dated the 15th day of March 1966, published Gazette 24 March 1966, Volume I, p. 403, and registered as proclamation No. 666674 (Wellington Land Registry), (hereinafter called “the former Proclamation”), defining the middle line of a portion of the Ngauranga-Basin Reserve Motorway in the City of Wellington, so that the former proclamation shall affect not only the land situated within the limits shown coloured red on the plan marked M.O.W. 20212, referred to in the former proclamation, but also the pieces of streets described in the Schedule hereto.
