NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court at New Zealand, dated the 24th day of May 1978, confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from $216,600.00 to $21,660, and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies at Napier on the 6th day of June 1978. The said minute is in the words and figures following:

The capital of GLENMORE STATION LIMITED is $21,660 divided into 216,660 fully paid ordinary shares of 10 cents each having been reduced from $216,600 divided into 216,600 fully paid ordinary shares of $1.00 each.
