Declaring Land Taken for an Automatic Telephone Exchange in Block X, Taramarama Survey District, Wairoa County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an automatic telephone exchange, from and after the 15th day of June 1978.

All that piece of land containing 269 square metres, situated in Block X, Taramarama Survey District, being part Section 408, Ardkeen Settlement; as shown on plan S.O. 6813, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Gisborne, and thereon marked "A".

Declaring Land Taken Subject to a Fencing Covenant and a Building Line Condition, for Buildings of the General Government in the Borough of Wairoa

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the fencing covenant contained in Transfer 88433, and to the building line condition as set out in special order 175863, Hawke's Bay Land Registry, for buildings of the General Government, from and after the 15th day of June 1978.
