Price Order No. 95 (Amendment No. 3 of Price Order No. 67) (Phosphatic Fertilisers)

PURSUANT to the Commerce Act 1975, I, Peter Edward Donovan, pursuant to a delegation from the Secretary of Trade and Industry, hereby make the following price order:

  1. This order may be cited as Price Order No. 95 and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 67* as amended by Price Order No. 68† and Price Order No. 93‡ (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).

  2. This order shall come into force on the 12th day of June 1978.

  3. The principal order is hereby amended by revoking the First to Eleventh Schedules thereto, and substituting the following Schedules.

FIRST SCHEDULE

FIXING MAXIMUM PRICES FOR PHOSPHATIC FERTILISERS MANUFACTURED AND SOLD AT WHANGAREI

For sales in sacks and bags the above prices plus $8.00 per tonne.
