4 April 1978, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the Chartered Club premises known as the Quota Club, Te Kuiti.

To the intent that on days other than those on which chartered clubs are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to their members the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve)—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 10 o'clock in the evening.

(b) On any Friday, Saturday (not being New Year's Eve), and Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.

(c) On New Year's Eve—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 0.30 o'clock in the morning of New Year's Day.

on the condition that a substantial supply of sandwiches and pies or other light refreshments are made available for all persons on the premises, together with tea or coffee making facilities at a reasonable charge.

Magistrate's Court—Kawakawa

PURSUANT to section 10 (3) of the Magistrates' Court Rules 1948, the Minister of Justice has approved that the Office of the Registrar of the Magistrate's Court at Kaikohe also be the Office of the Magistrate's Court at Kawakawa, and pursuant to section 11 (2), that the hours of attendance at the Kawakawa Court be from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays of each week as from Monday 19 June 1978.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—King Country Licensing Committee

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, Gordon Stewart Orr, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the King Country Licensing Committee on 4 April 1978, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Chateau Tongariro.

To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public, the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve)—opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 10 o'clock in the evening.

(b) On every Friday and Saturday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve), for the period 1 October to 31 May (both days inclusive)—opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 10 o'clock in the evening.

(c) On every Friday and Saturday for the period 1 June to 30 September (both days inclusive) the hour of opening shall be 11 o'clock in the morning and the hour of closing 11 o'clock in the evening.

(d) On every Christmas Eve—opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening. On the condition that a substantial supply of sandwiches and pies or other light refreshments are made available for all persons on the premises, together with tea or coffee making facilities at a reasonable charge.
