Amending a Declaration Setting Apart Crown Land for Better Utilisation in Blocks IV, IX, and X, Belmont Survey District, Hutt County, and in the City of Lower Hutt

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Declaration dated the 24th day of March 1975, published in Gazette, 10 April 1975, No. 32, at p. 819, setting apart Crown land for better utilisation in Blocks IV, IX, and X, Belmont Survey District, Hutt County, and in the City of Lower Hutt, by omitting from the Third Schedule the piece of land last described therein as being 1.6 perches, being part of the land contained in Declaration 617912, Wellington Land Registry, on plan marked M.O.W. 23345 (S.O. 27094), and coloured blue.
