Notice of Approval of Bylaws

PURSUANT to sections 8A and 165 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby approve the Takapuna City Council Consolidated Bylaw 1975, Amendment No. 1, 1978, made by the said Council and passed and adopted at meetings of the said Council on 21 February 1978 and 21 March 1978 respectively.

Designation of Titirangi Community Arts Council

PURSUANT to section 32 (i) of the Queen Elizabeth II Arts Council of New Zealand Act 1974, on the recommendation of the Northern Regional Arts Council, the Queen Elizabeth II Arts Council of New Zealand hereby designates the Titirangi Community Arts Council to be the Community Arts Council for the area administered by the Borough of Glen Eden and all that southern portion of the Waitemata City, from and including Piha in the west, to and including Green Bay in the east.
