The Traffic (Waimairi County) Notice No. 1, 1978
In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 29, 13 April 1978, p. 1083, for “1st day of February 1973” in line 2, para. 2, read “22nd of January 1974”.
Declaring Land in the Wellington Land District, Vested in the Wellington Education Board as a Site for a School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Wellington Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—EKETAHUNA COUNTY
SECTIONS 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9, Block II, Town of Brownston, situated in Block I, Mangaone Survey District: area, 2.0450 hectares, (5 acres 0 roods 8.5 perches) more or less (S.O. Plan 13076).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day of May 1978.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every education trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—MOUNT MAUNGANUI BOROUGH
PART Section 10, Block I, Moturiki Township, situated in Block VII, Tauranga Survey District: area 2320 square metres, more or less (S.O. Plans 17128², 47504).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day of May 1978.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976) I, Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Catlins State Forest Park.
