eastern boundary of Block VIII, Dunedin and East Taieri
Survey District; thence generally north-westerly to and along
the generally north-eastern boundary of that block, and the
south-western boundary of Lot 11, Block II, D.P. 167, and
the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the original
middle of Morris Road; thence generally north-westerly to and
along the northernmost corner of part Section 32, Irregular
Block, East Taieri Survey District, being the land comprised
