Street Closed in Block V, Lower Kaikorai Survey District, and Added to Land Held for Better Utilisation

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims that the street described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby closed and added to the land held for better utilisation described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE
Otago Land District

ALL that piece of street containing 19.1 perches, adjoining or passing through Lot 24, Block B, Deeds Plan 18, being part Section 94 and part Lot 25, Block B, D.P. 346, being part Section 93, Block V, Lower Kaikorai Survey District; as shown on plan M.O.W. 28213 (S.O. 17265), deposited in the office of the Minister of Works and Development at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

SECOND SCHEDULE
Otago Land District

ALL that piece of land containing 2.2 perches, being part Lot 24, Block B, Deeds Plan 18, being part Section 94, Block V, Lower Kaikorai Survey District; as shown on plan M.O.W. 28213 (S.O. 17265), deposited in the office of the Minister of Works and Development at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

Declaring Land Taken for Road in Blocks VI and II, Kapara Survey District, County of Patea

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Patea, from and after the 26th day of January 1978.
