NOTICE is hereby given that the exchange rates for Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Burma, Canada and China, appearing in my notice, dated 20 December 1977, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 1, dated 12 January 1978, on page 19, are incorrect and should read as follows:

Declaring Land in the Canterbury Land District, Vested in the Canterbury Education Board as a Site for a School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Canterbury Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT—MALVERN COUNTY

Part Reserve 1319, situated in Block VII, Kowai Survey District: area, 3.0882 hectares, more or less. All certificate of title, No. 6C, folio 94, Canterbury Registry.
