Declaring Land Taken for State Housing Purposes in the City of Hamilton

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes, from and after the 4th day of May 1978.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to a restriction as to building line contained in memorandum of acceptance No. X17589, Otago Land Registry, for a State primary school, from and after the 4th day of May 1978.

Revoking a Notice Authorising a Secondary Use of Land in Block VI, Oteramika Hundred, Southland County, and Declaring it to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to section 37 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby revokes the notice dated the 7th day of September 1972, and published in the Gazette of 14 September 1972, No. 75, at p. 1949, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Invercargill as No. 263439, authorising a secondary use of land in Block VI, Oteramika Hundred, Southland County, and described in the Schedule hereto, and further, pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, hereby declares the land described in the said Schedule to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 4th day of May 1978.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 19 acres and 9 perches, being part Section 60, Block VI, Oteramika Hundred; as shown on plan M.O.W. 26546 (S.O. 8286), deposited in the office of the Minister of Works and Development at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
