Approval of Qualified Persons for the Purposes of Section 402 of The Companies Act 1955

PURSUANT to section 402 of the Companies Act 1955, I hereby approve

John Harley Richardson and Peter William Truda

partners in the firm of Messrs Peat Marwick Mitchell and Co., Australia Square, Sydney, Australia, and members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, to be qualified persons for the purposes of that section in respect of the accounts of Racial Electronics Pty. Limited.

The approval of David Arthur Cope Culey as a qualified person in respect of that company, dated 30 November 1971, and published as notice 98, p. 2844, in the New Zealand Gazette, of 9 December 1971, is hereby revoked.
