Tariff Notice No. 1978/70—Applications for Variation of Approvals

NOTICE is hereby given that applications have been made for variation of current approvals of the Minister of Customs as follows:

Plates, sheets, strip, self-adhesive, when declared:
(1) by a manufacturer for use by him only in making labels, motifs, decals, or transfers; or
(2) by an importer that they will be used or sold by him only for use in making labels, motifs, decals, or transfers

(a) The range of equivalent goods manufactured locally;
(b) The proportion of New Zealand and imported materials used in manufacture;
(c) Present and potential output; and
(d) Details of factory cost in terms of materials, labour, overhead, etc.
