PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development, hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, and hereby takes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29, and declares that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, when so closed and taken, shall vest in McSkimming Industries Limited, a duly incorporated company, having its registered office at Dunedin, subject to mortgage No. 254542, Otago Land Registry.
