of Rural Section 19532, to the north-western side of Bracmar Road; thence due east to, and north-easterly along, the original middle line of that road and Lyndhurst Road to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Rural Section 37653; thence south-easterly to and along that boundary and the north-eastern boundary of Rural Section 37654 and its production to the middle of Thompsons Track; thence easterly along the middle of Thompsons Track to the middle of Winchmore Lauriston Road; thence south-westerly along that middle line to a point in line with the south-western side of Robertsons Road; thence south-easterly to and along that roadside and the south-western boundaries of Lots 2 and 1, D.P. 2125, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of Mitcham Road; thence south-westerly along the middle line of that road and south-easterly along the middle line of Dromore Methven Road to the point of commencement.

ASHBURTON COUNTY

All that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing 6174 square kilometres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at Mathias Pass on the Main Divide, Block III, Mathias Survey District, and proceeding south-easterly generally to and down the middle of Canyon Creek and the Mathias River to the middle of the Rakaia River; thence south-easterly generally down the middle of that river to the south-eastern side of Main South Road (No. 1 State Highway); thence south-westerly along that roadside to the north-eastern boundary of part Reserve 786; thence south-easterly along that boundary and the right (south-western) bank of the Rakaia River and its production to the mean high water mark of the sea; thence south-westerly along that mean high water mark to the middle of the Rangitata River; thence north-westerly generally up the middle of that river, the middle of the Forbes River, and the northern boundary of Rural Section 40458 to the summit of the Two Thumb Range; thence north-easterly along the summit of that range to McClure Peak on the Main Divide, Block IV, Torlesse Survey District; thence north-easterly along the summit of the Main Divide to the point of commencement, excluding therefrom the Borough of Ashburton hereinbefore described.

NOTICE is hereby given that an application has been made for the withdrawal of the following approval of the Minister of Customs and for the future admission of the goods at substantive rates of duty:

(a) The quality, range, supply, etc., of the above-described goods produced in New Zealand; and
(b) The landed cost and selling price, including c.d.v., and cost into store in terms of f.o.b., insurance, freight, exchange, other landing charges, duty, etc., of equivalent goods of overseas origin.
