Costs
In final submissions Mr Andrews on behalf of the corporation has asked for costs in the event that the complaint is found to be without merit. The Tribunal is surprised that such an application should be made, particularly in view of the corporation’s correspondence with Mr O’Neill after the programme. There will be no order as to costs.
Dated the 22nd day of December 1977.
B. H. SLANE, Chairman.
