NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, dated the 7th day of April 1978, confirming the reduction of the share premium account of the above-named company referred to in the special resolution of the company, passed on the 21st day of March 1978, upon the terms that part (iii) of the resolution may not be varied without the prior approval of the Court and that so long as any part of the existing share premium account is undistributed, the accounts of the company shall be noted so as to show (a) the existence of the resolution of the 21st day of March 1978, and (b) what part of the said account remains undistributed but still subject to the resolution was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 11th day of April 1978.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
NOTICE is hereby given that the Opotiki County Council proposes under the provisions of the Public Work Act 1928 and the Counties Act 1956, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for a road. The plan showing the land proposed to be taken is available for public inspection at the office of the Opotiki County Council, Elliott Street, Opotiki. Any persons having any objections to the proposed taking, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, should lodge their objections in writing with the Secretary, Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, P.O. Box 12244, Wellington North, within 40 days of the first publication of this notice. If any such objections are made as aforesaid, a public hearing of the objections will be held, unless the objectors otherwise require, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

CITY OF DUNEDIN
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
NOTICE is hereby given that the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Dunedin (hereinafter called βthe Corporationβ) proposes under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928 to execute a certain public work, namely to widen the street known as Highgate within the City of Dunedin and for the purposes of such public work the parcel of land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken for the purpose of street; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Corporation situate in the Octagon, Dunedin, and is there open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours. All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, should set forth such objection in writing and send the same within forty (40) days of the first publication of this notice to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, care of Tribunals Division, Private Bag, Postal Centre, Wellington. If any objection is made in accordance with this notice a public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land situated in the City of Dunedin containing 36 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, Deposited Plan 16615, and being part of the land comprised in certificate of title, Register Book Volume 279, folio 62 (Otago Registry). This parcel of land is part of the property known as 222 Highgate, Dunedin.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP
NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore subsisting between Bruce Graeme Matheson and Stephen Peter Murray, carrying on business as record and sound equipment retailers, at Mayfair Mall, Queen Street, Auckland, under the style or firm of Sight 'n Sound Records, has been dissolved as from the 10th day of February 1978. All debts due to and owing by the said firm will be received and paid by the said Bruce Graeme Matheson who will continue to carry on the said business under the former name of Sight 'n Sound Records.
