NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, dated the 7th day of April 1978, confirming the reduction of the share premium account of the above-named company referred to in the special resolution of the company, passed on the 21st day of March 1978, upon the terms that part (iii) of the resolution may not be varied without the prior approval of the Court and that so long as any part of the existing share premium account is undistributed, the accounts of the company shall be noted so as to show (a) the existence of the resolution of the 21st day of March 1978, and (b) what part of the said account remains undistributed but still subject to the resolution was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 11th day of April 1978.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

NOTICE is hereby given that the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Dunedin (hereinafter called “the Corporation”) proposes under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928 to execute a certain public work, namely to widen the street known as Highgate within the City of Dunedin and for the purposes of such public work the parcel of land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken for the purpose of street; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Corporation situate in the Octagon, Dunedin, and is there open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours. All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, should set forth such objection in writing and send the same within forty (40) days of the first publication of this notice to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, care of Tribunals Division, Private Bag, Postal Centre, Wellington.
