the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of a sewage treatment plant, vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Rodney the rights contained in the provisions of paragraph 1, of the Seventh Schedule, to the Land Transfer Act 1952, and that a drainage and sewage easement appurtenant to the land described in the said First Schedule is hereby taken over the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto for the purposes of a sewage treatment plant, vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Rodney the rights contained in the provisions of paragraphs 2, 3, and 5 of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952, from and after the 13th day of April 1978.
