PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken subject to the sewer easement created by transfer H. 051843.3, South Auckland Land Registry, for a teacher’s residence, from and after the 13th day of April 1978.

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 16th day of June 1975 published in the Gazette of 10 July 1975, No. 58, at page 1525, setting apart Crown land for State housing purposes in the City of Waitemata, by omitting the Schedule and substituting the following Schedule,
