Change of the Purpose of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a reserve for climatic purposes, to a reserve for scenic purposes, subject to the provisions of Part IV of the said Act, to be known as the Soda Springs Scenic Reserve.

Reservation of Land and Declaration That Land be Part of the Opua Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as reserves for scenic purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserves to form part of the Opua Scenic Reserve.
