Declaring Land Taken for a Teacher’s Residence in the Borough of Waitara

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the right to drain sewerage created by transfer 225892.4, fencing agreement in transfer 85818, and building line restriction in resolution 227481.1, for a teacher’s residence, from and after the 30th day of March 1978.
