A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 6 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, I, the Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim the Borough of Birkenhead to be a City.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of March 1978.

State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park for addition to Coromandel State Forest Park

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Coromandel State Forest Park.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY—THAMES COROMANDEL DISTRICT COUNCIL

SECTION 8, Block XIV, Coromandel Survey District: area, 407.0000 hectares, more or less (S.O. Plan 48616).

As shown on plan N. 44/42 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

Section 3, Block XVI, Hastings Survey District: area, 240.0000 hectares, more or less (S.O. Plan 48592).

As shown on plan N. 44/41 deposited at the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of March 1978.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes, and shall vest in the Wellington Regional Water Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of March 1978.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1092 square metres, situated in Block XIV, Belmont Survey District, City of Lower Hutt, being part Section 11, Hutt District; as shown on Land Transfer Plan 42052, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 1st day of March 1978.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I the Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Franklin, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of March 1978.
