NOTICE OF FINAL MEETING

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Mr WHIPPY (NEW ZEALAND) LTD. (in voluntary liquidation, members winding up):

TAKE notice that, in pursuance of section 281 of the above Act, the final general meeting of the above-named company will be held at the Offices of McCulloch, Butler and Spence, Stock Exchange Building, 82-84 Albert Street, Auckland 1, on Thursday, 30 March 1978, at 11 o'clock, in the forenoon, for the purpose of laying before such meeting the account of the winding up of the above-named company and of giving any explanation thereof.

Every member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not also be a member.

Notice is hereby given, by an entry in its minute book, signed in accordance with section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, the above-named company on the 10th day of March 1978, passed the following resolution:

That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue in business and that it is advisable to wind up and that accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily.

A meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will accordingly be held at Victoriana Shoes Ltd. shop, Bowen Street, Waiuku, at 3 p.m. on Monday, 20 March 1978.
