Decisions Under the Sales Tax Act 1932–33
DECISIONS in interpretation of the Sales Tax Act, notified in the supplement to the New Zealand Gazette, No. 25, of 30 April 1970, are amended as follows:
Minister’s Decision 1E (1) is amended by the addition of the following note:
“(3) This decision shall not apply to persons who carry out the duplication of printed matter for sale or who charge for the service of carrying out such duplication.”
This decision is effective from the 1st day of June 1978.

Consenting to Raising of Loans by Certain Local Authorities
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the undersigned Assistant Secretary to the Treasury, acting under powers delegated to the Secretary to the Treasury by the Minister of Finance, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities, mentioned in the Schedule hereto, of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.

Boundaries of Kaitaia Borough and Mangonui County
PURSUANT to section 16 of the Counties Act 1956, and section 26 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, and section 3 of the Minister of Local Government Act 1972, the Deputy Secretary for Internal Affairs for the Secretary for Local Government hereby defines, as set out in the Schedule hereto, the boundaries of Kaitaia Borough and Mangonui County following their alteration by Order in Council of 8 August 1977, published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 84, 11 August 1977, p. 2187.
SCHEDULE
KAITAIA BOROUGH
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District containing 695 hectares, more or less, bounded by a line commencing on the eastern side of State Highway No. 1, at the northernmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. 24413, in Block I, Takahue Survey District, and proceeding south-easterly along the south-western boundary of Lot 3, D.P. 13043, to and southerly along the left bank of the Whangatane Spillway to a point 70 metres distant from and perpendicular to the northern side of Donald Road; thence along a right line bearing 76°, distance 145 metres, and north-easterly along a right line to the westernmost corner of that Lot 1, D.P. 46562, to the easternmost corner of that Lot 10; thence along a right line bearing 80°, distance 124 metres, and north-easterly along a right line to the southernmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. 43502, and due east across a public road to and southerly along the eastern side of that road and along a right line across Donald Road to and along the western boundary of Allotment 18, Awanui Parish, and continuing along the eastern boundaries of Lot 2, D.P. 9413, to the angle in that eastern boundary being the northernmost corner of Lot 3, Land Transfer Plan 15252; thence southerly along a right line to a point bearing 16°, and distance 270 metres from another point 425 metres north-west of the northernmost corner of part Old Land Claim 242, shown on D.P. 16194, the said 425 metres being measured along the production north-westerly of the north-eastern boundary of the said part Old Land Claim 242; thence along a right line bearing 196°, for a distance of 270 metres, and south-easterly along another right line to and along the north-eastern boundary of the said part Old Land Claim 242 to its easternmost corner and along another right line to the northernmost corner of Lot 3, D.P. 60890; thence south-easterly along the north-eastern boundaries of Lots 3 and 4, D.P. 60890, and south-westerly along the south-eastern boundary of that Lot 4 to the northern side of Church Road; thence easterly generally along the northern side of Church Road to the junction with a line perpendicular to the southern side of that road at the northernmost corner of part Old Land Claim 242 to the northernmost corner of Lot 7, D.P. 36828; thence westerly along the northern boundary of that Lot 7 and that boundary produced across the Awanui River to and southerly along its left bank to and along the western boundary of Lot 28, D.P. 405, to the northern side of State Highway No. 1;
