PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that
sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby
taken, and the right of way easement described in the Second
Schedule hereto is hereby taken over the land described in
the Third Schedule hereto, for works, appliances and con-
veniences necessary, directly or indirectly for the generation
of electricity (VHF radio repeater station), from and after
the 16th day of March 1978.

Land Taken

ALL that piece of land containing 2000 square metres, situated
in Block V, Fighting Hill Survey District, being part Lot 2,
D.P. 4592; marked “A” on plan S.O. 14470, lodged in the
office of the Chief Surveyor at Christchurch.

DESCRIPTION OF RIGHT OF WAY EASEMENT

The rights and powers implied in and attaching to a right of
