Amending a Declaration Declaring Land Taken for a Works Yard in the City of Christchurch

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 27th day of June 1975, published in Gazette, No. 62, 24 July 1975, at p. 1617, declaring land taken for a works yard in the City of Christchurch, pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, by inserting the words “and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Christchurch” after the word “yard” to the intent that the land described in the Schedule shall vest in the said the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Christchurch, from and after the 24th day of July 1975.
